Democrats and their (complete lack of) communications

For the second time, Nancy Pelosi is leader of the House of Representative (with a Democratic President) and for the second time she (and all the Democrats) have completely failed to communicate with the public in any meaningful way. Senate Democrats and President Biden have failed just as much. This will most likely lead to Republicans taking over Congress this year and significantly empowering radical right leaders. There are two main problems.

1) There is no spokesperson, no leader, and no branding. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Joe Biden might be great people and expert legislators, but there are not leaders, they cannot communicate or inspire. Trump is the exact opposite. Obama could do it all. The Democrats needs to beg, beg, beg Obama to come back and have monthly fireside chats with America. If not, "the Rock" would be as effective (get him a Congressional seat asap).

2) The Democrats' message, when there is one, skips huge parts of why their arguments make sense. They say Trump will destroy democracy, but that is such a vast message that it is incomprehensible to regular people. They need to explain how this happens and the consequences. Trump discredits the media so there is no longer a trusted source of facts. He takes over elections, allowing current elected officials to choose who wins the next elections. He demands personal loyalty, which means these new leaders will also put his needs before the county. He will demand these leaders do more and more crazy things and if they don't he replaces them with someone who will. Since he controls the news you receive, and the political party, it ensures that voters don't have a choice anymore of who their representative is. This is key because that takes away power from the people, even Republicans. As Trump's policies get more radical (because there are no consequences anymore (as you can't vote in anyone new), he will continue to make people choose between loyalty to him and things people care about. Those who don't agree will be enemies, even if they used to be loyal because he doesn't need you anymore. Power is consolidated into fewer and fewer hands, all controlled by Trump (or whoever is next to take his mantle). If he is President again, he will 100% use the power of the FBI and NSA to spy on everyone, especially those who are threats (in both parties). Of course, he will aggressively put loyal generals to lead the military and use them again domestic "terrorists". At this point, what is to stop him from being President forever. If he was to attest top Democratic leaders on conspiracy to commit treason, what would anyone actually do? If he was to arrest Republicans who weren't loyal enough, who could do anything? Democracies are fragile and history has shown again and again and again who one person can use hate and charisma to take complete control. And at that point, what do Republicans think they will get. Sure Trump might ban gay marriage or abortions, but he won't do anything to make your life better, because he doesn't actually care. And that isn't even the worse case scenario, not even close.

Democrats needs to explain, with a consistent message, what the threats are and why. They also need to stop with these huge legislative packages that probably won't pass. First ensure elections are fair, than worry about making them better. Sure, early voting is great, but don't hold off basic rights because of it. And if you have to have a ID to vote, that isn't the end of the world (as long as you ensure it is easy for people to get an ID, which isn't that hard). They have to understand the risk of failure and do whatever it takes to avoid something really terrible.

The Democrats have no plan and no "leaders". Are Biden and Harris really going to run again in two years? Is there are no new, charismatic leaders coming through the ranks. Someone who isn't from New York or California. Someone who is not a socialist, but wants to help others. Someone under the age of 60 who is beloved?
