Gmail and Spymac

I was about to buy an invite to get a Gmail account (google's 1GB email free system) for $4, when I saw something else. It's called spymac. Although the name of site is horrible (people are terrified of spyware), it seems to be a free 1GB email service (plus other features, like blogs and 250mg picture section). The site is utterly cluttered with adds and options, but if you can get over it, it seems like something to look into. I'll test it for a while to see if it tries to screw me over. Feel free to try it yourself.

The Constitution and Justice

When the Supreme Court rules, they often struggle to understand the depth and meanings in some of the words or phrases in the Constitution. However, the Founders provided very clear language as to what they were trying to accomplish from a vision standpoint. Although not the law, the Preamble provides critical guidance that should be the first reference for any court ruling.
