Bin Laden is Dead

Osama Bin Laden is dead, he has been dead for over a year. Of course I have no proof, except that he was old, in poor health (kidney problems) and was rushed into a life on the run. The new leader of Al Qaeda is Ayman al-Zawahrii. He is the one making the threats, he is the one in the new tapes, he is the new leader. Additionally, it was reported that al-Zawahri's wife and children were killed in Afghanistan in 2001 by the US, so he has nothing to lose and is out for blood. Bin Laden will never be found, any evidence of his death was surely destroyed. Don't chase a ghost, chase the terrorist doctor.

The Constitution and Justice

When the Supreme Court rules, they often struggle to understand the depth and meanings in some of the words or phrases in the Constitution. However, the Founders provided very clear language as to what they were trying to accomplish from a vision standpoint. Although not the law, the Preamble provides critical guidance that should be the first reference for any court ruling.
