Red Sox win a game

I've been saying it all season, but the "best closer of all time" (Mariano Rivera) is hittable. He used to throw that high fastball that no one could touch, but now he only has one pitch (a ridiculously devastating low inside cut fastball). I was not surprise that the Red Sox scored off him and than won the game, which bring me my next point. Now the Red Sox have hope, they worst thing that could have possible happened. Red Sox fans should have be happy with their quick death, but no, now they think they can win the series. In fact, they might win the next two games, they might even make it to the world series.

"Let me tell you something my friend. Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane.

Because now when the Red Sox lose it will be so much worse. A horrible tragedy for a team that brought hope only to get crushed in the end. I wonder if the entire Red Sox organization is just the victims of a 80 year reality show in which they can never win. ]

"Next week on 'Red Sox', see the whole city celebrate only to see the team choke in the last inning on Fox's oldest reality show 'My big fat obnoxious World Series'"

it's subtle. i am probably the only one who has noticed. so far.
you have become secretly obsessed with reality shows. they have invaded your bwain.
you are starting to see all life's events in terms of "what if it was a reality show"? This is an interesting concept and may be true or may be the first step down the road to mental illness....
