On no, not an outer borough

Lindy and I are considering getting an apartment for a year somewhere around the city. The problem is that there are so many places and we need to narrow it down. If anyone knows about neighborhoods in Brooklyn or Queens we would appreciate any help. If you know what areas are nice or trendy or communist or anything that would be great. Here are two maps that break down the areas into the names that real estate people use. Thanks.

The Constitution and Justice

When the Supreme Court rules, they often struggle to understand the depth and meanings in some of the words or phrases in the Constitution. However, the Founders provided very clear language as to what they were trying to accomplish from a vision standpoint. Although not the law, the Preamble provides critical guidance that should be the first reference for any court ruling.
