Republicans

Maybe the democrats don't have any leaders, but that doesn't mean they can't do anything to try and save this country. The following should be a minute long commercial, to be played across the entire country. It is just amazing how the democrats don't associate the entire republican party with its leaders. The Republican took the House of Representatives by acting as a single unit and the democrats should now use that idea to bring them down. Here is it...

"Republican leader Tom Delay has been charged in Texas with money laundering and conspiracy to violate Texas election laws.
Republican leader Trent Lott was forced to step down at majority leader after making racist remarks.
Republican leader Bill Frist is under investigation for insider trading for dumping his stock in Hospital Corporation of America
Republican Vice Presidential Chief of Staff, I. Lewis Libby has been indicted for making false statements to the grand jury in the C.I.A. leak case
Republican master strategies, Karl Rove is also under investigation for making false statements to the grand jury in relation to violation of US statutes relating to treason.
Republican nominated White House Council Harriet E. Miers for the Supreme Court, but she was no unqualified that she withdrew her nomination.
Republican Vice President Dick Chaney’s former company Halliburton was given a five-year $7 billion no-bid contract in Iraq.
And George Bush is the republican’s shining star. He has increased our deficit to the highest level in history, destroyed local economies, and send 2,000 Americans to the death in Iraq. Meanwhile, Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda grow stronger because the republicans talk strong, but there actions only serve the rich.

These Republican leaders virtually force all republican senators, congressmen, and governors to do exactly as they say. If you vote for any republican, you are really voting for the strategies and plans or Bush, Dick Cheney, and Rove. Do you want the US to become a third rate country, because that is what the republicans are doing. You can make a difference; you can make up your own mind about our government. Who will you choose?"

The ad should include audio clips of George Bush praising each one of these people and well as each one praising bush. It should show images of “mission accomplished” and mug shots. It should show pictures of Richard Nixon. It should show dead soldiers and Osama bin laden.

The Constitution and Justice

When the Supreme Court rules, they often struggle to understand the depth and meanings in some of the words or phrases in the Constitution. However, the Founders provided very clear language as to what they were trying to accomplish from a vision standpoint. Although not the law, the Preamble provides critical guidance that should be the first reference for any court ruling.
